My husband and I live in Albury NSW and we needed to sell our townhouse in Paddington Sydney NSW 700 kms away. We spent a huge amount of time backwards and forwards along the Hume Highway as well as extra money staying in motels to enable us to try to sell our townhouse ourselves. We had some experience privately selling homes in Albury, however in Sydney trying to organise viewings and making sure the townhouse was showed at its best, while tenants were still living there become a real challenge. We were appalled at the cost real estate agents charge in Sydney for  very little effort. Then we took a call from Paul Tovey. He sounded honest, capable and  new his area of expertise. We decided to meet Paul. When we did we were convinced to hire him to sell Paddington. Paul arranged to meet the tenant, negotiated with him on viewing times, attended viewing times and advised us on advertising.
